What we like to brag about is our simple approach to a customer's needs. Nothing fancy, and nothing overbearing. We value our customers time and wallet. After all, we're customer's too in the real world.

We arrive on time, all the time within the 2 hour service call window. We have masks and are properly vaccinated. We test your appliance, diagnose it, and let you know what we're doing every step of the way so that you're fully aware of your best options to repair your appliance.

All that we require is that you are home and ready for your appointment to begin when we arrive. Please have the tops of washers and dryers cleared of any items as well as the tubs inside of clothes. If we will be working on a dishwasher, please have it unloaded.

Our pricing is very simple and straight forward. There are no per hourly charges. We charge a $95 service call fee which includes the diagnosis of an appliance. If you would like to move on with the repair, then it's only $45 to move forward with that repair plus parts. Simply a $140 total charge. For any installations, we charge $125. Repair only charge is only $140.

Pet's are great to have around. We're guests in there home.
